The amplitude range of commonly used materials in lamps and lanterns: ABS (20μm~ 30μm), PM-MA (20μm ~ 35μm), etc. The amplitude used in ultrasonic welding of lamps must be adjusted with the shape of the welding material and the welding surface of the lamp.

Welding time refers to the start of ultrasonic triggering until the pressure on the welding site is stopped, including ultrasonic time and packing time. The longer the welding time, the more energy is transmitted to the part to be welded, the faster the heat rise, the more hot melt of the plastic, and the better the welding effect. 3. welding pressure
In general, it is necessary to apply a certain pressure to the shell so that the surface of the welded part has a certain contact, so as to achieve the effect of welding. The pressure is too low, the surface contact effect of the welding part is not good, it takes a long welding time, and the welding strength is not good. The pressure is too high, and the welding site may have surface rupture, affecting the quality of welding. Therefore, the above three process parameters need to be comprehensively adjusted in order to obtain excellent welding quality.
