The transducers used in Plastic Ultrasonic Welding Machine mainly include magnetostrictive transducers and piezoelectric transducers. Magnetostrictive transducer is a machine acoustic converter device based on the magnetostrictive effect of some ferromagnetic materials and ferrite ceramic materials. The magnetostrictive transducer has the characteristics of simple structure, mechanical shock resistance and electric shock ability. Ideal for high-intensity ultrasound in the higher frequency range. The so-called piezoelectric effect refers to the addition of a certain voltage to the two interfaces of quartz and other substances, the material will produce a certain mechanical expansion effect, and this phenomenon of expansion and contraction with the addition of alternating voltage materials becomes a piezoelectric effect. Compared with the magnetostrictive transducer, the piezoelectric transducer has a small size, higher density, high output efficiency, high mechanical strength, higher voltage can be added when working, easy processing, suitable for mass production. After some easy-to-implement machining means, it can be made into any given shape and geometry. Piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers are chemically inactive, not susceptible to chemical attack, and unaffected by moisture and other harsh climatic conditions.

The matching between the transducer and the ultrasonic generator is the key point in 20K Ultrasonic Plastic Welder, and whether they can be well matched directly affects the effect of various ultrasonic welding. The matching method of the transducer and the ultrasonic generator is to first accurately measure the dynamic impedance of the transducer and its change range, and then reasonably select the output impedance of the generator and the component value of the matching loop, and use the step-by-step approximation method to achieve the matching between the ultrasonic generator and the transducer through repeated debugging.
