15k 20K Ultrasonic Welding Machine precautions (1)The machine should not be placed in damp or overheated places, do not place fluid above the machine, usually pay attention to clean, wipe at any time, but do not use liquid cleaning. (2)Please do not put any weight on the vibrating welding head to avoid burns. Please press the emergency upward button in case of danger during automatic operation. (3) Do not use the welding horn not designed by DIZO company for testing or use on the machine, in order to avoid serious damage to the machine. (4) There are high voltage lines in the vibrator and generator of the machine, except for external operation adjustment, please do not repair the machine. (5)The welding head itself depends on the welding material, and must match the resonance of the vibration system, so the welding head should use the products designed and manufactured by our company, so as not to damage the vibration system. (6)The compressed AIR source should be kept clean and dry. If there is 1/4-1/2 water retained in the AIR FILTER of the machine, please remove it at any time. If there is too much water, the water FILTER of the AIR compressor should be cleaned often or the water treatment system of the AIR compressor should be discharged artificially. (7)Ground cables must be grounded and do not connect to power supply cables to prevent high voltage leakage. (8)Vibrator and expansion cone can not do more than 350 degree rotation, so as not to break the high voltage line.
