When the vacuum pump begins to pump, the lid is automatically sucked in, thus ensuring the tightness of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum level according to the packaging requirements, and when adjusted, the visual scale is from low to high, and the amplitude is small.

3. When the vacuum degree reaches the specified standard, the pumping ends, the vacuum indicator is extinguished, and the inflation indicator light is lit. If inflation is not required, the power switch is turned to the vacuum position, the program automatically enters the vacuum package, and the inflation indicator goes off.
4. The heating sealing indicator light is lit, that is, it enters the sealing procedure. 20K Ultrasonic Plastic Welder panels are equipped with heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs to accommodate different thicknesses and thin material packaging materials. When adjusting the time and temperature, in order to prevent the sudden increase in wind and heat temperature and affect the welding quality of plastic packaging, the adjustment range should be small.
5 When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light is extinguished, and the heat sealing ends, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum packaging process is all over, ready for the next packaging cycle.
