15k 2600w Ultrasonic welding is the process of converting electric current into electric energy through ultrasonic generator.The converted high-frequency electric energy then converted into the mechanical motion of the same frequency again through the transducer, and the mechanical movement is transmitted to the welding head through a set of horn device which can change the amplitude. The vibration energy received by the welding head is transferred to the joint of the work piece to be welded. In this area, the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, and the plastic is melted.

Plastic Ultrasonic Welding Machine can be used not only to weld hard thermoplastic plastics, but also to process fabrics and films. Heat energy comes from the reciprocating movement of a work piece on another surface with a certain displacement or amplitude under a certain pressure. Once the expected welding degree is reached, the vibration will stop, and at the same time, there will still be a certain pressure applied to the two work pieces to cool and solidify the just welded parts, thus forming a close combination.

(1) Lifting speed: adjust this knob to adjust the up and down speed of the welding head, turning clockwise to slow down, and vice versa to speed up.
(2) Welding time: This knob is a band switch, which is actually an adjustable resistor to adjust the time of ultrasonic welding.
(3) Holding pressure time: This knob is the same as the welding time knob, and is used to adjust the time for the plastic parts to solidify after the ultrasonic is emitted.
(4) Barometer: Indicate the working pressure.
(5) Pressure regulator: It is used to adjust the working air pressure. It can be adjusted by pulling out the knob, and then pressing it in after adjustment.
(6) Ultrasonic test switch: Touch the switch to send ultrasound, which is generally used to detect whether the ultrasound is normal.
(7) Welding head lifting switch: Mainly used for proofreading molds. This switch is a self-locking switch. After pressing it, it needs to be pressed again to restore.
(8) Trigger switch mechanism: used to control the ultrasonic triggering under the automatic program. If the mechanism is a time relay, it means the delay time from the start of the trigger to the ultrasonic wave; if the mechanism is pulling out, it is a pressure trigger , Adjust the pull plate, you can get the relevant trigger pressure.
(9) Water separator: It is used to separate the water in the compressed air. Please press up the needle at the bottom of the cup when the water is half full to drain the water.
(10) Body fixing handle: used to fix the upper frame.
(11) Lifting hand wheel: After loosening (10), the height of the frame can be adjusted.
(12) Transducer holder: used to fix the transducer system.

The aluminum alloy welding head is easy to leave oxides on the workpiece, which can be prevented by electroplating or using a heat-resistant plastic film.
(16) Trigger switch: Both sides of the switch are triggered at the same time, which can realize the normal program.
(17) Emergency stop switch: This switch is a self-locking switch. Once triggered, the welding head cannot be lowered. If it is triggered, the knob should be reset to facilitate the operation of the program.
(18) Limiting bolt: Adjusting the position of the nut on the bolt can limit the height of the welding head and control the welding depth of the plastic parts.
(20) Power switch: After turning on this switch, the power is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the fan starts to run.
(21) Overload indicator light: When the ultrasonic vibration of the machine is abnormal, this light will light up and stop vibrating.
(22) Ultrasonic test switch: Ultrasound occurs when triggered, and is used to check whether the sound wave is normal.
(23) Load ammeter: when no load, it indicates the degree of resonance of the welding head, (the lower the pointer, the better, depending on the number of welding head and output section, usually between 5[%]~15[%] or 300MA~900MA ) It indicates the output power when it is under load. (Depending on the workpiece).
(24) Frequency modulation inductance: the working frequency of the adjusting circuit part matches the resonant frequency of the mechanical vibration. (For detailed steps, please refer to the operating instructions.)
(26) Control socket: Use cable connection to transmit control loop signals.
(27) Ultrasonic output socket: Use cable connection to transmit high-voltage electrical signals to the transducer.
(28) Fuse holder: to accommodate the fuse.
(30) Amplitude adjustment switch: Select the appropriate output amplitude of the welding head to meet the requirements of the work. This switch has only 1.2.3 third gears, and the rest are neutral, and only the 15KHz model has.
