The daily maintenance precautions are divided into three points:

The third is to periodically wipe the inside of the ultrasonic automatic welding machine. Of course, if possible, it is recommended to use an air gun to clean the internal components of the welding machine.
The correct operation of the ultrasonic welding machine can generally be divided into two parts:
First, it takes about 30 seconds to preheat the ultrasonic welding machine after it is turned on. It cannot be used immediately before it can be put into use;
Second, the welding head of the ultrasonic automatic welding machine needs to be used for a period of time to dissipate heat regularly, otherwise the internal components will be burnt out. If there is heat within 2 hours of use, it means that the welding head is aging and needs to be replaced.
