1. The influence of High Frequency Plastic Welding Machine ignition: When plastics are welded at high frequencies, they will occasionally be due to dust. Fire phenomenon occurs when debris, excessive current or uneven mold: when the plastic between the high-voltage positive electrode (mold) and the grounding negative electrode  is broken, the ignition is short-circuited and the mold, material, lower plate , etc. are burned out; 
simultaneously the instantaneous enhancement of the current causes high-voltage components such as high-frequency equipment (high-voltage transformers, rectifiers, vacuum tube current limiting resistors) to increase the load, it is easy to be burned out or shorten the life, and the material is seriously burned out and scrapped, wasting costs.
2. The role of the spark protection controller: When the Plastic High Frequency Solid State Welder ignites, the spark protector immediately acts and cuts off the high pressure with a rapid degree, so as to ensure that the above hazards are controlled in a small range.
The principle of the spark circuit of the high-frequency welder :
1. The structure of the spark electron tube: and the vacuum tube  like, the spark tube is also made of filament, shed pole. The screen pole consists of three electrodes. There are four corners at the bottom of the spark tube, of which the thicker two are filament pins, the thinner one is the shed pole, and the other 2-pins are idle. The top protrusion of the spark tube is the pole 
2.Working principle: The filament (AC2.5V) provides free electrons when the spark tube is working, and the screen pole plus positive high voltage (DC110V or more, 557 pipe is 1500-2000V), and the positive charge is gathered. The signal voltage (-DC48V) is added to the gate, according to the principle of "positive charge and negative charge attract each other, and negative charge and negative charge repel each other"
The cathode electrons have a tendency to flow to the anode, and the negative voltage of the gate plays a controlling role, and there is no current generated between the cathodes at this time. The gate voltage is actually a voltage added between the mold (output) and ground. When the tape is melted, the negative voltage value is constantly decreasing, approaching to 0V, and even when the mold is pressed to debris or the tape is melted to break through the insulation, the signal voltage is 0V, the gate loses control, the tube filament and the screen pole are turned on, forming an anode current, and the spark discharge action occurs at this time.
