Heat seal method of an High Frequency Welding Machine

1. High-frequency plastic welding machine mainly uses frictional heat generated on the contact surface of two welding workpieces to melt the plastic. Given a certain pressure, one plastic workpiece moves back and forth on the other surface at a certain displacement or amplitude, which generate thermal energy. Once the desired heat level is reached, the vibration will stop and a certain pressure will still be applied to the two workpieces, making the newly heated part to cool and cure, thus forming a tight bond.

Small clamping force will cause the workpiece to produce a minimum degree of deformation, and with high-frequency instant heat seal and heating, will finally reach strong seal.
