A: Maintenance work:

B: Routine maintenance:
1. The oscillator cleans the dust and heat dissipation fan regularly every month to avoid high-frequency fire jumping caused by insufficient heat dissipation of the electron tube and dust.
2. Clean up the airsoft gun on the chassis components regularly every month
3, whether the use of power supply voltage to meet the machine power requirements, otherwise the machine has a phenomenon of poor stability.
4. Each shaft connection, bearing, T-head (T-type machine) inner and outer pipes of the mechanical part are cleared and refueled every week. Check that the screws are loosened due to mechanical thermal movement and are given in time for sturdiness.
5. The pneumatic components should be drained and refueled (oil) regularly.
6. When the whole Automatic High Frequency Welding Machine is not in use, it should be unplugged and stored in a dry place to avoid moisture in the high-pressure part.
If the dual-ended high-frequency machine equipment has not been used for a long time, it is recommended that when using it for the first time, please be sure to warm up for 30 minutes before starting the machine.
