According to the frequency of Ultrasonic Welding Machine, it can be divided into 40khz, 35khz, 28khz, 20khz and 15khz. So what's the difference between machines of different frequencies?
Adapt to different products: ultrasonic welding through vibration plastic parts to connect the role, the higher the frequency, the smaller the amplitude, the corresponding power is smaller, so the high frequency (40khz/35khz) welding machine is suitable for small size precision welding plastic parts welding; 28khz welding machine is mainly used for handheld spot welding machine, 20khz/15khz ultrasonic welding machine for welding large complex materials. When the power is higher, the power of the ultrasonic machine is smaller, and the lower the frequency, the greater the power of the ultrasonic welding equipment.
Second, the size of the ultrasonic mold is different: the common ultrasonic mold is a half-wave welding head, the length and size of the ultrasonic welding mold of different frequencies are different, 40K mold (7cm), 35khz (8cm), 28khz (10cm), 20khz mold (13cm), 15khz mold (17cm). The measurement of ultrasonic mold length is one of the important indicators for judging frequency.
Third, the different structures of ultrasonic transducers: high-frequency welders (40khz, 35khz, 28khz) have a separate transducer structure (transducer + horn is a separate part), while desktop ultrasonic welders (20khz, 15khz) have an integrated ultrasonic transducer structure (transducer + horn) as a whole.
